Program Details
The online Master of Criminal Justice program prepares students to become leaders in law enforcement, corrections, and security administration and enhances their academic and administrative skills in these areas. The interdisciplinary curriculum combines theory and practice to provide the knowledge and skills students need to design policies, manage programs, direct scholarly research, prepare for teaching, and lead with integrity, all while becoming integrated with the community. Graduates are able to:
- Formulate administrative principles and practices for criminal justice agencies
- Analyze theories relating to crime causation and criminality
- Conduct and evaluate criminal justice related research
