Program Details

The University of the Potomac offers an online MBA with a concentration in Project Management for students interested in advancing in this are of business.  As the world continues to focus on the environmental impact and energy efficiency of buildings, facility managers with this degree are needed.  Courses will teach students to improve energy efficiency, reducing costs and meeting regulations to ensure buildings meet environmental standards; they will also learn to oversee improvements in a wide range of areas, from heating and air-conditioning systems to roofing.  You will learn to plan for natural disasters, ensuring minimal building damage and that organizations can get back to work quickly.  

In addition, students will round out the curriculum with MBA courses in accounting, management, finance, marketing, and more while teaching skills that include analyzing, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and more.  You will understand ethical and multicultural issues and trends affecting business and act ethically and professionally as a leader.
