Program Details

Tennessee Wesleyan University offers an online MBA with a concentration in Accounting for students who want to advance their careers in the accounting area of business.  This curriculum combines MBA courses with courses in Accounting, preparing students for the CPA exam and for management and leadership roles in business.  Accounting courses include accounting business environment, corporate financial accounting and reporting, corporate and managerial auditing, and corporate and individual taxation and regulations.  The MBA courses focus on business topics and include strategic orientation, global perspectives, sustainability and growth, critical analysis, and problem-solving.  Students will also learn about ethical decision-making and to show respect for people and communities while they are leaders in the community and their organizations.
