Program Details

This online MS in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, offered at NCU, provides advanced expertise for career areas where clinical training isn’t needed.  You’ll study human resources and organizational issues as they affect human behavior in the workplace.  The knowledge that you garner in this program can be used to boost careers in:  human services, corporate consulting, fire and rescue, and nonprofits, just to name a few.  Students will have a choice to complete either a capstone project or internship in this program.  Coursework usually includes:
