Liberty University offers an online Master of Education in Program Specialist in Math. The degree program is suitable for teachers seeking mathematics teaching positions in K-12 learning institutions. The program will prepare students for leadership roles in Christian, public and private schools, as well provide a solid foundation for graduates wishing to further educational goals by pursuing an Education Specialist credential or a Doctorate in Education. Students of the M.Ed. in Program Specialist in Math must hold a valid teaching license. - Upon successful completion of Liberty University’s Virginia state-approved Master of Education – Math Specialist Endorsement program, you may apply for your teaching license in another state through reciprocity, which may or may not result in additional requirements based on your state’s Department of Education regulations.
- Students pursuing this concentration for licensure must already hold a teaching license in middle or secondary mathematics.
