School Details

As a close-knit academic community, the mission of Geneva College is to prepare you for a professional career where you can serve God, your country, and your neighbor. The school was founded in 1848 and later became one of the first institutions of higher learning to open its doors to freed slaves. It also focused on higher education for women, establishing a female seminary.

Today, Geneva continues its academic tradition of providing adult education to all, as it expands beyond the borders of its campus to an online platform. The school offers bachelor and graduate programs for working adults to fulfill their academic potential and to advance their careers. Classes are kept small with curricula that integrate Christian values and typically move at an accelerated pace to help students acquire their degrees in less time.

Geneva offers students:

  • Christ-centered studies
  • Affordable and attainable degrees
  • Flexible learning schedules
  • Amenable transfer credit program
  • Proud history of adult education
