Alexandria Technical & Community College offers an associate’s degree in Computer Information Systems that is designed to transfer into a bachelor’s level program. Students can choose the courses that best correspond to the requirements of their intended transfer institution.

In this online Computer Information Systems degree, students learn about hardware, database and spreadsheet applications, and the Windows operating system. Courses cover topics such as Linux administration, Cisco, virtual computing, and defensive security. Students take general education courses from the six goal areas of the Minnesota Transfer Curriculum.
