I would recommend that you start your search at the [url=http://www.ignou.ac.in/]Indira Gandhi Open University.[/url]
IGNOU in the national publicly funded online university of India and has been offering distance degrees since 1985. IGNOU now serves about 3.5 million students in India and 40 British associated countries abroad. You will probably find that they have the largest number of distance courses and a really good reputation around the world.
