I have contacted Columbus University (MS/LA) school via their website and also sent a message directly to the registrar requesting a copy of my transcript. I have heard nothing from anyone. What would you suggest to me to do about this? I have recently gotten a new job and I listed that master’s degree on my resume. It’s taking a while for the background check to be finalized and it’s holding up my start date. I’m thinking it’s because nobody can get in touch with anyone at Columbus. Would you suggest that I get a lawsuit against them and if so, what chance do you think I would have of winning?

In addition, it appears that the owner has been in prison on fraud charges since 2010.
