Program Details
Georgia Highlands College offers a bachelor completion program in Dental Hygiene for students who already have an associate degree or diploma from an accredited school and hold a license to practice dental hygiene in the US. Students entering the degree program with general education requirements met will focus entirely on upper level Dental Hygiene courses and electives.
The online Dental Hygiene bachelor’s degree curriculum emphasizes an interdisciplinary approach. Graduates will be well equipped to work in a variety of healthcare, education, research, and community settings. Students have the opportunity to practice skills learned in class through an internship experience in their own community.
