Qualifying MACL students may complete a residency at a local church, including two week-long intensives on the Dallas campus. This residency replaces the internship requirement. The online Master of Arts in Christian Leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary is designed to prepare students for leadership roles in the church, parachurch, missions, and other settings. Qualifying students may complete a ministry residency at a local church instead of an internship. Through this program, students learn to design leadership plans for organizations, appraise leadership needs, and develop a solid biblical philosophy for strong Christian leadership.
