School Details
Western Theological Seminary, based in Holland, Michigan, seeks to form women and men for roles in Christian ministry and furthering God’s work in the world. WTS provides an education that is biblically based, culturally competent, theologically integrated, and mission-oriented.
With a range of ministry-based master’s degrees and graduate certificates and a Doctor of Ministry, students can further their knowledge and expand their expertise in a number of areas, such as biblical studies, theology, mental health counseling, Hispanic ministry, and disability and ministry.
Many programs are offered on-campus as well as online for students more than 150 miles from the seminary. Several certificates and degrees can also be completed in either English or Spanish. Graduates will have the firm foundation necessary to serve in churches, nonprofit ministries, and Christian education.
