Frostburg State University offers an online MSN degree with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration for RNs seeking to advance their careers while becoming primary care providers. This program is especially designed for those living and working in rural, medically underserved areas but others are welcome to apply. The curriculum does feature the special needs of rural health populations throughout coursework.
