Program Details

The online MBA with a concentration in Project Management prepares students to advance in their careers within business.  The Project Management courses develop skills including project management, selection, cost analysis, finance, and risk management.  Coursework also helps students learn procurement and negotiation tactics and teaches them to consider legal and commercial implications.  You will practice risk and budget management techniques and facilitate six risk-management processes before completing the program.  Graduates will also have completed core MBA coursework which prepares them to guide organizations across business disciplines as moral and ethical leaders.
